Rachel Edwards, a summer teaching apprentice, assisted in the herbal day camp near Seattle. The girls also learned about herbal first aid and made various herbal products. The success of the week was evident in the enthusiasm of the girls and the positive impact on their understanding of the ancient wisdom of healing with plant medicines. Rachel Edwards, a summer teaching apprentice, recounts her adventurous week on the Olympic Peninsula where she participated in scout training. They practiced fox walking, hand signals, scout breathing for ocean entry, and participated in missions like Candy Gully and Capture the Flag.
